I'm currently an engineer at VN Instruments.
We're a small, highly specialized instrumentations team building planetary science sensors for Mars.
We also work with a variety of industrial and academic partners for applications on and off planet Earth.

My primary beliefs and guiding principles:

- We have an immensely exciting decade ahead, when waves of centuries of technological advancements are starting to constructively interfere on an unparalleled scale. We can deliver more value per unit time right now than ever before in history; Now is the time to work hard and build something great.
- The achievement of anything great necessitates an excellent team - not an excellent individual, not a team of excellent individuals, but an excellent team.
- The most important quality of an individual is agency. The most important quality of a team is fluid, effortless, assertive communication (between agentic individuals).
